| Video Discription | These are traditional Indian sweets for every day celebrations. As a part of festival celebrations which comes to our mind the first thing is sweet food. Ingredients: • Moong dal (soaked) - 1 cup. • Sugar powder - 2 tablespoons. • Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons. • Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon. • Dosa batter - 2 cups. • Oil - to fry. Method: In a blender add soaked moong dal and make a paste. Take an idli steamer and pour moong dal batter and steam it for 5 to 10 minutes and transfer into a blender and make a coarse powder and keep aside. Take a pan and add sugar powder, coconut powder, grounded moong dal powder, cardamom powder and cook it well. Now make it like a laddu and dip into dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil. Serve it with ghee. |
