| Video Discription | paplet kalvan one of the favorite fish recipe.very easy to make,tasty non veg main course. cooked in masalas with some tangy touch. Ingredients- pomfret fish-1 for green masala- coriender 3 green chilis grated cocout- 1 tbsp 1/2 inch ginger 8 garlic cloves tomato- 1 for marination- 1/2 tsp turmeric,3 tsp red chilli powder,salt and 3 crushed garlic 3/4 tsp garam masala powder salt oil kokum-6 method- marinate paplet pieces with turmeric,red chilli,salt,and garlic. for green masala, grind coconut,garlic,ginger,gren chillis,coriender and tomato and make fine chutney. In a kadai, heat 3 tbsp oil, cook gren chutney till oil separates. then add marinated paplet and 1 glass water. bring it to boil. cover with plate with water on it and cook for 15 mins. then add garam masala and kokum and cook for more 5 mins. once cooked serve with bhakri or rice. |
