To a bowl, add curd, turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, kasuri methi and mix well. 2. Add gram flour, corn flour and mix again. 3. Cut the paneer into large cubes, onions and tri-coloured bell peppers into wedges and place in a bowl. 4. Drop the marinade mixture into the bowl and mix well so that it coats all the veggies perfectly. 5. Let it all sit for 3 hours. 6. After 3 hours, skewer the paneer, onion and bell pepper wedges using skewer sticks. 7. Grease the grill pan with some oil and place the skewer sticks on it. 8. Close the grill pan for 2 mins and grill. 9. Rotate the sticks to another side and repeat the process. 10. Keep brushing some oil on all sides while grilling. 11. Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle some chaat masala powder over the tikka. 12. Yummy and spicy Paneer Tikka is ready to be served hot with some mint chutney alongside.
