| Video Discription | పాల తాలికలు | Pala Thalikalu recipe | How to make Palathalikalu recipe at Home | Sweet Recipe @My Sweet Home Cooking Ingredients: Milk - 3 Cups Rice flour - 1 Cup (250ml) + 2 Tbsp Cashews as per needed Ghee - 2 Tbsp Salt - a pinch Jaggery - 1 Cup Sabudana - 2 Tbsp Elaichi - 2 Tbsp Water - 1 Cup Process : In a pan add 2 tbsps ghee, fry cashews keep aside Into the same pan add 1 cup water and pinch of salt After water boils add 1 cup(250ml) + 2 tbsps of rice flour Set stove to low flame, mix well turn off the flame, mix well to form a dough Take a small portion and make into Thalikalu shape as shown Mix some flour into some water, keep aside Now in a kadai add 1/2 cup water, 1 cup jaggery and melt it Strain, keep aside Now add 3 cups of milk After milk gets boiled add Soaked Sabudana into it Boil for another 2 mins in low flame add Thalikalu in the milk add 2 tbsps Elaichi powder Boil for 5mins Now add the flour mixture which we kept aside before add cashews Set stove to low flame, add jaggery syrup add ghee for extra taste Cook for 1 minute turn off the flame Yummy and delicious Pala Thalikal u 😋 ready to serve #palathalikalu #sweetrecipes #howtomakepalathalikalu @MySweetHomeCooking |
