This Pala thalikalu made with kitchen press or janthikulu maker with 3 holes jalie. REQUIRE INGREDIENTS: Milk = half litre (500 ml ) Jaggery = 250 grams Sugar = 3 table spoons Rice Flour = 1.5 cup ( 200 grams approximately ) All purpose flour (maida) = 1 tea spoon (optional) Normal Water = 250 ml to add into the milk hot water = 250 ml approximately to add into the rice flour Sabudana = 1 tea glass Green cardamom = 2 Numbers Cashew = little bit Raisins = little bit Salt = a pinch MAKING PROCEDURE : Step 1 : SABUDANA SOAKING : First soak sabudana in water for 30 minutes Step 2 : MAKE JAGGERY SOUP Switch on the stove with medium flame and take a pan and add grated jaggery, 1 tea glass water and 3 tea spoon sugar . Note : if you add little bit sugar along with jaggery , then jaggery soup taste would be so good . Stir it continuously Switch off the stove whenever jaggery soup gets moderate consistency . Step 3 : WATER BOILING take a pan and pour half litre water and switch on the stove with high flame . Water should be boil heavily Switch off the stove whenever water gets rolling boil Step 4 : MAKING A DOUGH Take a mixing bowl and add 1.5 cup of rice flour and add 1 tea spoon maida . If you add little bit maida , noodles won't get break . pour a hot boiled water little bit into rice flour at regular interval times and mix with a spoon . Don't add all hot boiling water at a time . Give 5 minutes rest to dough after pouring some hot water . Sothat water which already poured into dough cooled little bit. After cool down little bit, then mix well by hand . Kneading the dough Make sure don't form any lumps in the dough Dough consistency should be moderate . Should not be too loose and too hard. You should prepare dough just like a chapati dough After making dough , keep aside by close the lid . Step 5 : BOILING THE MILK Switch on the stove with high flame and take a pan and pour half litre milk and add 1/4 litre water and bring to boil the milk When milk is about to expell , then add soaked sabudana . Sabudana should be cook upto 50% When sabudana floated on the milk , then turn the flame into sim mode and now we will press the rice flour noodles into the milk with the help of kitchen press or janthikulu maker Step 6: PRESS THE DOUGH WITH THE HELP OF KITCHEN PRESS Take a some dough and placed into the kitchen press and pressed forcefully into the milk . Sothat noodles are coming out from kitchen press and dropped into the milk just like janthikulu or murkulu After some noodles dropped into the milk , now turn the flame into high until milk is about to expell . If so , rice flour noodles are cooking well Again turn the flame into sim mode once milk is about to expell Again press the rice flour noodles while flame is in sim mode As above mentioned method , you should press remain dough as a noodles into the milk. After press all dough , now cook the noodles in the milk until cook well Check the noodles wether cooked or not with the help of knife If rice flour noodles are cooked well, then switch off the stove Now add a pinch of salt into rice flour noodles ( pala thalikalu ) which enhance the taste double . Mix once after adding salt . Finally add fried cashew and raisins and mix once Yummy yummy rice flour noodles (palathalikalu) sweet is ready. Super taste .
