It is tamarin based vegetable curry along with a special curry powder which goes well with tamarind base. I have shared this Kerala curry powder seperately which can be used for variety of other dishes. The vegetables like raw banana, pumpkin & bhindi are tossed in spices and tamarind to make a healthy dry vegetable sabzi.
