| Video Discription | Palak Puri is made by mixing wheat flour with pureed spinach and other spices. It is best enjoyed hot with mango chutney or chilli pickle. PALAK PURI Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) ½ cup spinach (palak) puree Salt to taste ½ teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespoon oil + for greasing and deep-frying Method 1. Mix together spinach puree, salt, carom seeds, wheat flour and 1 tablespoon oil in a bowl. Add sufficient water and knead into a semi-stiff dough. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. 2. Divide the dough into equal portions, grease with some oil and roll out into small discs or puris. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry puris till golden brown and puffed up.
