| Video Discription | The Philanthropy Asia Alliance (PAA), a Temasek Trust initiative to drive collaborative philanthropy, caught up with Ms. Mariana Zobel de Ayala, Executive Director, Ayala Corporation, to learn more about their work in developing businesses that transform industries, challenge the status quo, and bring innovations in the Philippines and abroad that contribute to the nation’s social and economic agenda. For nearly two centuries, Ayala Corporation has been putting capital to work across sectors where their businesses can scale and grow, while making the most meaningful impact to society. “We have significant interests in real estate, telecommunications and digital solutions, banking and renewable energy; and we also have some investments, and are really excited about the healthcare and education space, in addition to logistics.” She also highlighted their motivations for joining PAA and the importance of collaboration. “I think there's so much we can learn from the others in the group and maybe work together to solve some of these climate related pressing issues.” PAA is an action-oriented Alliance with the mission to prime Asia as a force for good.
