While talking to ANI, IMD Scientist, Jayanta Sarkar said, “For July 8-9, we have issued an orange alert for Kangra, Mandi, Sirmaur and Solan districts. Heavy rain warning has been issued for Shimla, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, and Una districts.
