In May 2017, international stars like Atalla Ayan (Tenor), Janai Brugger (Soprano), George Gagnidze (Bariton), Siobhan Stagg (Soprano), Annalisa Stroppa (Mezzo-soprano), Alexander Tsymbalyuk (Bass), Virginie Verrez (Mezzo-soprano), Marigona Qerkezi (Soprano) and Joshua Guerrero (Tenor) performed world famous arias at the 6th opera gala in Bonn in 2017. The fundraising event was organized by the German AIDS Foundation https://aids-stiftung.de. The proceeds went to projects in Germany, Mozambique and Burundi.
