Because there is actually no recipe. Whatever vegetables, pulses and pasta/spaghetti you have, you can make this dish. Serve hot, and goes well with garlic toasts on sides or can have without anything on the sides too. Ingredients : Some oil 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves 1 medium sized finely chopped onion Salt as per taste Veggies as per your choice : some finely chopped carrots, french beans, colorful capsicum, beetroot, broccoli and tomatoes Some boiled sweet corn, chole and rajma Oregano and chilli flakes (as per taste) 3-4 medium sized tomato puree 1 cup water 1 portion spaghetti pasta/vermicelli 2 tsp sugar (optional) Some cut basil leaves Some finely chopped spinach (optional) For garnishing, grated cheese and a basil leave Method : Heat up the pan, add some oil Add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves Add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion Add salt as per taste When onion is semi cooked add veggies : some finely chopped carrots, french beans, colorful capsicum, beetroot, broccoli and tomatoes and mix it (add veggies as per your choice) Add some boiled sweet corn Add some boiled chole and rajma Add some oregano and chilli flakes (can also use pizza/mexican seasonings) Cover the lid and cook for 5-7 min Then add 3-4 medium sized tomato puree and mix it Again cover the lid and cook on medium flame for 10 min Add 1 cup water, mix it to get soupy consistency Further add spaghetti pasta/vermicelli (break and add) Cover the lid and let the spaghetti cook well Add 2 tsp sugar (in the end - optional to balance sourness) Add some cut basil leaves Turn off the heat and add some finely chopped spinach (optional) Take it in a serving bowl, garnish with some grated cheese and a basil leave on top Enjoy your Deliciously Healthy One Pot Meal with Toasted Garlic Bread!!! 00:00 - Making One Pot Meal 00:31 - Preparing for the Meal 00:49 - All about One Pot Meal 01:26 - Adding Veggies 03:17 - Adding Spaghetti 04:40 - Plating 05:22 - Meghna tastes One Pot Meal .
