This marks Moscow's first transfer of such warheads outside Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union. Lukashenko, a close ally of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, said the missiles and bombs received from Russia are "three times more powerful than those (dropped on) Hiroshima and Nagasaki (in World War II)".
