After D&C Oral Contraceptive had been started. Smear: ASCUS - 6 months ago. Afterwards, Colposcopy directed servix biopsy revealed Chronic servicitis. The patient represented with Menometrorrhagia to our outpatient clinic. Transvaginal USG showed irregular thickening of endometrial lining (18 mm). Operative hysteroscopy was planned. The mass removed completely by hysteroscopic resection and send to pathology department. And the pathology report was "Necrotic decidual remnants." Op.
