Southern Style Collard Greens with Bacon: 2 lbs Collards 6 cups water 1 lb Bacon 1 onion diced 2 Tbsp apple Cider Vinegar T Tbsp. Better Than Bouillion Ham Base 1 tsp garlic powder 1/3 Cup sugar Crockpot Black Eyed Peas with Ham Hocks: 1 lb Black eyed Peas, soaked overnight 1 ham hock 1 lb diced ham 2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 6 cups water cooknon low for 8 hours Southern Cornbread in a Cast Iron Skillet: 2 cups self rising corn meal 1/2 cup self rising flour 1 egg 1 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 cup oil bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown Hey, I'm Valerie.
