Ingredients for Makhana Kheer
Milk - 1/2 Liter
Makhana - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Dry Nuts - As required
Saffron - Few strings
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ingredients for Papaya Milk Shake
Papaya - 1 Cup
Milk - 200 ml
Honey - 1 Tsp
Almond Powder: 1 Tsp
Nuts & Raisins - A few
Cardamom Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Ingredients for Lajwab Paneer
Paneer - 250 Gms
Tomato Paste Lajwab Paneer
Tomato - 200 Gms
GInger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Cashew Paste for Lajwab Paneer
Cashew - 7 to 8
Milk - 2 Tbsp
Dry Spices
Salt - to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1and 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
Whole Spices
Green Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 3 to 4
Black Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Foxnuts - 2 Tbsp
Pure Ghee for cooking
Ingredients for Sabudana Khichdi
Sabudana - 1 Cup
Water - 1/4 cup (for soaking)
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Powdered Peanuts - 2 Sp
Boiled Potato - 2
Kishmish - 1 Sp
Curry Leaves - few
Ginger - 1 inch (chopped)
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Roasted Peanuts- 1/2 Tbsp
Desi Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
