For Mysore Pak, keep the pan on the flame, put Sugar and Water. Cook it and make more than 1 string of Sugar Syrup. Then put Desiccated Coconut, Milk Powder in it and mix it and cook it well. After that put hot Ghee in it 10-12 times gradually and mix it well. Then put the mixture in a greased tin, put some chopped Pistachio and keep it cool down for 15 minutes. Take it out on a plate and cut it into slices.
