| Video Discription | Hyderabadi Shahi Gosht or Shahi Mutton Gosht an aromatic and delicious mutton recipe made by frying mutton pieces and then cooked in various spices METHOD 1.Mutton with bones - 1/2 kilo cut into big pieces To it add Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon Mix it and marinate for 2 hours or entire night 2.Next grind Ginger - 2 inches Garlic cloves - 12 Green chilies - 3 Few coriander and mint leaves Add water while grinding if required Keep this green paste aside 3.Now dry roast Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon Chiroli or Chironji - 1 tablespoon Almonds - 12 Cashew nuts - 12 Coconut powder - 1 tablespoon Roast it and grind them with 3 tablespoon yogurt Keep this white paste aside 4.Heat clarified butter - 3 tablespoon and fry mutton pieces in it till golden brown and remove it in a plate 6.In the same clarified butter add Cloves - 5 Cardamom - 4 Cinnamon sticks - 2 Saute Then add sliced onion - 1 big sized and fry till golden brown 7.Now add caraway seeds - 1 teaspoon and fry 10 seconds 8.Add the green paste and roast then add Red chili powder - 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon Mix well add little water and saute it 9.Now add the white paste and saute then add little water and salt Roast it under low flame then add the fried mutton pieces 10.Roast mutton in the masalas for 4 minutes then add water - two glasses and when water gravy boils low the flame and cook till mutton is tender 11.After mutton turns tender add lemon juice - 1 teaspoon Few coriander and mint leaves 12.Serve hot with roti or rice |
