We can store it for 3-4 days. Try this recipe and if you like it subscribe our channel and share it with others. Ingredients: 350 gm mixed flour( 150 gm bajre ka atta,60 gm jowar ka atta, 60 gm makke ka atta , 60 gm gehun ka atta( coarse)) 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 cup thick curd 3 tbsp shredded jaggery 1 tsp carom seeds 2 tsp sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp oil 1.5 tbsp ginger chilly paste salt to taste water as needed oil to fry Tips: * Make sure not to add too much water while kneading dough , as we have added jaggery and curd in the dough. |
