I'm a certified holistic nutritionist (through AFPA) and I started my channel to talk about health in a more balanced and realistic way after personally struggling with orthorexia. I used to have many "fear foods" and my self image was skewed on always needing to "eat clean". I was skinny growing up, but then felt "skinny fat" as I put on fat, and weight from struggling with a binge-restrict eating cycle, never strength training (out of fear of getting "bulky"), and always just trying to do only cardio... but in my fitness journey I've learned the power of gaining strength, muscle, and honoring your cravings!
