In the same pan, add the moong dal and roast over low heat till golden brown in colour. Cool and grind to a coarse powder. Heat the remaining ghee in the pan. add the powdered moong dal and the milk. Cook till the moong dal is thoroughly cooked and the milk is all absorbed. Add the water and then the sugar and mix well. Allow the mixture to thicken. Add the dry fruits and serve.
