| Video Discription | Mixed Vegetable Pakoda: Channel page: https://www.youtube.com/c/YellowSpice Please subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/c/YellowSpice?sub_confirmation=1 Pakora Process: Take a desired amount of ajwain leaves If you don't have these leaves, you can replace them with mint/coriander leaves There are no particular measurements for this recipe, it is fully based on your preference of veggies Add a desired amount of onions, chilies, cabbage and mixed vegetables Chop ajwain leaves and add them to the bowl Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds Salt to taste1/2 tsp of turmeric and chili powder Mix well Add 1 cup of besan/chickpea flour and 1/2 cup of rice flour Add a little water to the mixture Mix well If you feel like you added a little less flour to the mixture, add a little bit of besan Don't add too much, just enough to coat all of the vegetables Add some more water to the mixture if necessary, and adjust the flour a little bit The texture should not be too thick or thin; the vegatables should bind nicely with the flour Pakoda Frying: Take a little bit of the mixture and drop it into the oil Deep fry until they turn a golden brown Your mixed vegetable pakoda is ready!
