Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/maatusrecipes Instagram link: https://www.instagram.com/invites/contact/?i=me3dyi4p383e&utm_content=ngrm93k You will need: Urad dal: 1 cup Rice: 1 tbsp Sugar: 1 cup Cardamom powder: ¼ tsp Ghee: ½ cup Preparation: In a pan, dry roast urad dal (1 cup) till dal turns golden brown Transfer to a bowl and let it cool Dry roast rice ( 1 tbsp) till rice turns golden Add the roasted rice to the roasted urad dal and let it cool Melt ghee and transfer it to a bowl Let it cool Grind the roasted urad dal and roasted rice in a mixer to get a smooth powder Transfer the urad dal powder through a sieve and keep it aside Grind sugar in a mixer to get smooth powder Add powdered sugar to urad dal powder Add cardamom powder (1/4 tsp) Mix well Gradually add ghee (3 small ladles or as required) till the mixture becomes of binding consistency Make round balls to make ladoos Urad dal Ladoo are ready |
