| Video Discription | Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) today declared the results of the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) for Arts stream and also the Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examinations. Daniel Ksanbor Khyriemmujat from St. Anthony's Higher Secondary School, Shillong, has topped the Arts stream in Class 12 with 462 marks. L Kennedy Vaiphei and Jethro Jarvis Roy Jyrwa are the second and third toppers of this year. The Overall pass percentage this year is 80.75%. Kevinstrong Lawriniang from St. Thomas Higher Secondary School,Mairang has topped the SSLC examinations securing 576 marks while Wanteibok Pator from Sawlyngdoh Higher Secondary School,Mowkaiaw secured 575 coming in at second position followed by Kashish Samee from St. Mary's Higher Secondary School,Shillong. According to the official notification which reads 2021 has ushered in a very challenging time for all concerned. With no respite from Covid 19 the Education department and the Board were met with a daunting task of conducting the Examinations of 2021. However with the cooperation of all concerned the Board could manage to conduct the examinations successfully. The Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate 2021 (Arts Stream) was held from 16-04-2021 to 12-05-2021 while the Secondary School Leaving Certificate 2021 was held from 19-04-2021 to 03-05-2021. |
