| Video Discription | This middle-aged man developed a left maxillary swelling, which was painless and progressively enlargening. This has been present for the last few years. There was the involvement of the maxillary sinus along with displacement of teeth overlying this large lesion. Imaging studies and biopsies were obtained upon presentation at our hospital. These revealed the lesion to be a large adenomatoid odontogenic tumor. He was subsequently scheduled for surgery. The tumor was completely dissected free. This was followed by debridement of the sinus lining and smoothening of the surrounding bone. He will undergo reconstructive surgery once it has been ascertained that the tumor will not recur. He was given instruction to return in four months for a checkup.
