| Video Discription | Baking a whole chicken in oven takes about 1.20-2 hours (depending on size) if you don't have enough time, make it the night before, let it cool and pull the meat off the bones. Store the pieces of meat in an air tight container-if possible take off as big a piece of meat as you can. Add 1 Tbsp Water to container of meet to help keep the moisture in the meat--Consume the meat the next day but NEVER more than 2 days in the Fridge--longer if Freezing for future use. POTATOES: If have Pressured Canned Potatoes put in a Pot, mash the up, add Milk, Butter, Salt & Pepper to taste, heat on stove or microwave. If not, make fresh mashed potatoes or Instant Mashed Potatoes (once you have had Pressured Canned you won't like taste of anything else! + it saves you a lot of time). HERBED Whole Chicken Recipe: use any seasonings of you choice or 2 Tbsp Parsley, 2 Tbsp Regular or Smoked Paprika, 2 Tbsp Onion Powder, 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder or 4 Minced Garlic Cloves, 1 Peeled Head of Garlic, 3 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary or 2 Tbsp Powdered Rosemary, 1 Lemon-wash the skin very well, 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1/4 Cup Melted Butter, 1/4 Cup White Wine (Optional), Rinse chicken and pat dry, pour Olive Oil, Butter, Wine, 1/2 of Lemon all over Chicken and rub it ALL OVER**If using minced Garlic rub it all over Chicken. Stuff the INSIDE of Chicken with Whole Head of Peeled Garlic, some Rosemary & other half of Lemon Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, tie the legs together with Food Grade Twine or NOT. Sprinkle the Dry Herbs over ALL parts of the Chicken, lay on a Parchment lined lipped (caught the juice in pan) Cookie sheet and BAKE @ 430 Degrees for 1 Hour + 20 Minutes or 165 Degree if using Meat Thermometor. Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting Thank you for watching.
