| Video Discription | Ingredients: For masala Coriander seeds-1 tsp Poppy seeds-1 tsp Jeera-1 tsp Sesame seeds-1 tsp Cloves-4 Pepper-10 Cardamom-2 Cinnamon-1 inch Dry coconut-1 tbsp Rice-1 cup Ghee-1 tbsp Mustard seeds— tsp Jeera-1 tsp Curry leaves-10 Hing-1/2 tsp Ginger garlic chili paste-1 tsp Bay leaf-2 Cashew-11 Tindora -1/2 cup(pieces) Carrots -2 (pieces) Potato-1(pieces) Green peas-1 cup Beans-1/2 cup Tomato -1(pieces) Onion-1(pieces) Ground nuts-1.5tbsp Capsicum-1(pieces) Chilli powder-1 tsp Turmeric powder -1/2tsp Salt-1 tsp Water-2.5cups Coconut grated Coriander chopped Preparation method: 1)dry roast coriander seeds, poppy seeds, jeera, cinnamon,cloves,cardamom,pepper and dry coconut 2)transfer then into a blender and make fine powder 3)Heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, jeera , hing, curry leaves,bay leaf, ginger garlic chilli paste, 4)sauté well and add cashew 5)then add onion, carrot ,potato, beans, tindora piecesground nuts,green peas,capsicum, tomato pieces 6)fry them 7)later add chilli powder , turmeric powder and salt 8)add water and cook it for 15-20 minutes on a medium flame 9)then add some grated coconut and chopped coriander 10)masala bath is ready Music credits:bensound.com Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Healtholic-103411671478172 |
