| Video Discription | Recipe: 1. Soak cauliflower in hot water with some salt for 10 mins. 2. Take a bowl, add grated or finely chopped cauliflower or cabbage, carrot, beans, onion, coriander, ginger and garlic. 3. Also add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp each of red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and cream or butter . Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Combine everything well and add 6 tbsp of corn flour and 3 tbsp maida. 4. Form medium sized balls. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown. Fry twice for best results. 5. For the sauce, take a pan, add some oil along with chopped onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute it well. 6. Then add chopped coriander stem and capsicum along with 1 tsp each of vinegar, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp each of green chilli sauce and soy sauce. Mix everything well and let it cook. 7. Add water as required along with some salt and black pepper. Once it cooks properly, add corn flour slurry which is 1 tbsp corn flour mixed in 2 tbsp water. 8. Stir and once the gravy thickens, add the manchurian balls. Mix well, top with sesame seeds and it’s ready! |
