| Video Discription | 1.bladder delineated with co2 insufflation into the bladder 2. space of retries entered by inverted v incision along the medial sides of obliterated umbilical ligament. first ascending on left side and then descending down on the right side with anatomical land mark of obliterated umbilical ligament . 3. bladder dropped down exposing the anatomical landmarks of Pubic symphysis, Pubic rami, Coopers ligament, Obturatur internees muscle , white line , 4. paravaginal areas identified after delineating the urethra and sweeping it away toward the opposite side bilaterally 5. bilateral pra vaginal sutures with non absorbing sutures through the vaginal wall without going through and through and most importantly suturing it to the muscle and not coopers ligament unlike burch suspension.you can take two or three stitches on each side depending on the defect. |
