I'm keeping it to the classic ingredients of rum, sugar, mint, lime, and soda water - but make it using two different techniques. The first is a quick way to get mojitos into people's hands (if one person wants one, everybody wants one), while the second is a bit more time-consuming. This technique's wonderful if you have the time and plan on only making one or two. There's no wrong answer here, both drinks go down refreshingly easy - cheers!
