| Video Discription | Maggi Pakoda @MeriMAGGI #Kidsfavourite #Tastyrecipe #easyandyummyrecipe Ingredients: For stuffing Maggi (semi-cooked) 1 packet Maggi masala sachet - 1 Chopped onion - 1 Capsicum chopped - 1/2 Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp. Grated cheese - 1/2 cup Chat masala - 1 tsp. Chopped green chilli - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste. For batter Gram flour - 1/2 cup Corn flour - 2 tbsp Salt to taste Water as required Crushed uncooked Maggi - as required Oil for frying Method: 1. Boil Maggi in a cup of water till semi cooked. Keep aside to cool. 2. Make thin batter using gram flour, corn flour, salt and water as required. 3. Prepare the filling for the pakodas by mixing the Maggi along with all the ingredients mentioned for the stuffing. 4. Make balls of the stuffing mixture dip into the batter and then coat with the crushed uncooked maggi. 5. Deep fry these balls till golden brown and serve them hot with chilli tomato sauce.
