It is also very famous indian sweet. which is easly preparable at home with availabel ingrediants and vessels at home. Here, the preparation process is also very easy and simple. The ingrediants are also easily available at road corner shops. But, at the same time if we want to purchase the same sweet at sweet shops or home food centers they will charge us very high in prices and moreover we can not assure that they are preparing or making them in a cleanly conditons. Hence, I always to prepare or make those sweets at home only. Require ingredients. 1. all purpose flour (maida)- 1 cup (100 grams). 2. sugar - 150 grams. 3. butter - 10 grams. 4.lemon salt A Pinch. 5. baking powder -1/4 spoon. 6. cardamom seeds - 5. 7. cooking oil for deep fry.
