| Video Discription | January 2013! This year in Silver Spring Maryland, January had days where it was amazing outside which is why my shirt was off ( early January), and super cold days with snow falling (late January). I focused my training on conditioning and flexibility this month and I will keep incorporating some of that stuff into future videos. I also didn't film too much all month which is why I had to add 2 small clips from the late Fall. I'm sure you can tell which ones haha. (Sorry!)
