Welcome to this lucid dreaming guided meditation for beginners. This meditation guide will help you with techniques for lucid dreaming covering the MILD technique.
Inspired by the techniques thought by the pioneer in lucid dreaming Stephen LaBerge, you are secure to get a good experience from this guided meditation. The technique used is called "MILD", which stands for Mnemonic Induced Lucid Dreaming. Background music is embedded with 4.5Hz Theta brainwaves which will bring your state of mind into deep relaxation and focus.
We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 4.5Hz theta binaural beats.

THETA WAVES (3 HZ TO 8 HZ)
