From the classic, vintage PAF-influenced Imperial to our more unique and modern designs like the dB and Eldorado humbuckers; we've always put tone and consistency first. As a result, guitarists of all different styles have found a Lollar humbucker model that they can rely on to create their sound. Normally, one would tweak various settings in the signal chain to optimize the sound of each individual pickup model. But we've kept everything the same to offer the most "apples-to-apples" comparison of the different pickups, only bypassing and activating the OD pedal to demonstrate both clean and dirty tones. This video is intended to demonstrate the differences between our various humbucker models. They each have their own distinct characteristics that make them each suitable for different playing styles and genres, while also being complementary to each other, making them great for mixing and matching as well.
