Cooking Time: 20-25 Minutes Calories: Approx. 300/Serving Recipe: Ingredients: 1 Cup Pre-Cooked Rice 2 Tsp Ghee A pinch of mustard seeds (Rai) 5-6 Curry Leaves 1 Tsp Grated Ginger 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies (Red Chilli can be an alternative) 10-12 Roasted Peanuts 2-4 Cashewnuts 1/2 Finely chopped onion A pinch of turmeric powder Cook 2-4 mins Pinch of salt Mix well Juice of 2 Lemons A pinch of chopped mint leaves Cover and cook 5 mins Method: In a pan, take 2 Tsp Ghee, A pinch of mustard seeds (Rai), 5-6 Curry Leaves, 1 Tsp Grated Ginger, 1-2 Chopped Green Chillies (Red Chilli can be an alternative), 10-12 Roasted Peanuts and mix well. 2-4 Cashewnuts, 1/2 Finely chopped onion, A pinch of turmeric powder. Cook this 2-4 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Add the most important ingredient now, Juice of 2 Lemons and a pinch of chopped mint leaves. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
