Wash the Chhena properly & keep it in a strainer. Peel the Bottle Gourd & grate it. In a pan, put Ghee & roast the grated Bottle Gourd on medium flame & make it dry. Stir it continuously & cook it. In another pan, put some Milk & boil it to make it thick, then put Sugar, Chhena & mash it with a masher. Then put the roasted Bottle Gourd, some Green Food Colour, Cardamom Powder, Dry Fruit Powder & make it dry. Take out the mixture on a greased tray. Garnish it with Silver Leaf & keep it for setting for 3-4 hours. Cut it in pieces & the Tasty Barfi will get ready to serve.
