| Video Discription | Lasya Cheruvu is a junior at Hillsborough High School. She’s a very lively and active student; she’s involved herself in many advanced courses at school and has committed herself to various extracurriculars, both inside and outside of school. That being said, Lasya understood that if she was going to be successful in life, she would have to continue in life with a clear mind. In that sense, Lasya believes the past year’s experiences have truly taught her how to come to terms with reality in order to take on life with confidence and clarity. No matter what she is doing, Lasya hopes that through it all, she can not only work towards a better mindset, but also spread what she believes is a surefire way to come to terms with both the beauties and tragedies of life with her peers. Love can be beautiful, providing warmth, security, and strength; but love can be ruthless as well, crushing souls by its absence. Lasya has struggled with a fear of this experience for a while: the fear of losing loved ones. However, she’s been able to come to terms with a certain reality, and it has given her immense strength. She hopes to share this reality with others to, hopefully, spread some wisdom and strength. And not just to deal with the exchange of love, but whatever it is an individual needs to carry on in life with a brighter hope for the future.
