| Video Discription | Restaurant Style Bhindi Masala: Ingredients Needed: Lady’s finger - 200g Red chilli powder- 1tsp Salt Besan/gram flour -1tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Onion - 1 chopped Hing- 1/4 tsp green chilli -1 ginger garlic paste -1tsp Tomato -2(purée) Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder -1tsp Coriander powder- 1tsp Curd -2tsp Garam Masala -1/2 tsp Coriander leaves *Take Lady’s finger - 200g *Cut into pieces & add in a bowl. *Add Red chilli powder- 1tsp, Salt and Besan/gram flour -1tsp. *Mix well & keep aside. *In a Kadai , add Oil & marinated lady’s finger. Cook for 3 mins in low flame. *Take it out & keep aside. *Again in same Kadai add Oil -2tbsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Onion - 1 chopped, & Sauté well. *Add Hing- 1/4 tsp , green chilli -1 & ginger garlic paste -1tsp. Saute nicely. *Add Tomato- 2 (blend to puree) & sauté for 2mins or until raw smell goes. *Add Turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Coriander powder & Salt. Sauté until spices turns aromatic. *Add water-1cup & mix well. Add curd -2tsp & Mix well in low flame. *Add Fried lady’s fingers & mix well. Then adjust water consistency if needed. Cover & cook for 5 mins in medium flame *open lid & add garam masala-1/2 tsp & some coriander leaves. Mix well & switch off flame.
