| Video Discription | Spicy Kudumulu || Instant Rice Flour Snack - Traditional Family Recipe Prep: 15 mins Cooking: 20 mins Ingredients to make the dough: 200gms White Rice Flour 250ml water salt and 1 tbsp of oil. 1. Boil 250ml of water in a pot, and add required salt and 1 tbsp of oil. Bring it to a boil. Now add the 200gms of white rice flour and with a spoon mix well. Add more boiling water if needed. 2. Let it cool down. Now knead the dough. 3. Make small balls. 4. Spread drop of oil in the idli plates. Leave all the rice flour balls in the idli plate. 5. Steam cook for 15 mins. Ingredients to roast for masala: 2 tsp channa dhal 1 tsp coriander seeds 4 dry red chillires and 4 tbsp grated coconut. 6. In the mean time roast 2 tsp of channa dhal, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 4 dry red chillies in a tbsp of oil. Once it cools down add 4 tbsp grated coconut and grind into a fine paste. Keep it aside. 7. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil and crackle 1/4 tsp of mustard and add 1 tsp of urad dhal and when it turns golden, add curry leaves, pinch turmeric powder, pinch salt, steamed kudumulu and grinded masala. Roast well.
