| Video Discription | Very delicious Chutney goes very well with rice and Idli. Ingredients: 1 Tbps Coriander Seeds 1 Tbps Chana Dal 1 Tbps Cumin Seeds 7-8 Garlic Cloves Some Curry Leaves 4 Green Chillies Temper 1/2 Cumin Seeds and Some Chana Dal 4 Small Red Chillies Olive Oil Salt 1 Bunch of Coriander Leaves. Method: 1. Add 2 Tbps of oil in a pan, Now add Coriander Seeds and Chana Dal, fry until light brown. 2. Add Cumin Seeds and fry until light brown. 3. Fry Green Chillies for one min and add Garlic Cloves into it and fry for one min. 4. Add coriander Leaves mix well, Adding Tamarind and leave for a min. 5. Switch off and let it cool down to grind in grinder to make coarsely paste. 6. Take a pan add 2 Tbps of oil, add temper ( 1/2 Cumin Seeds and Chana Dal )and fry for sec. 7. Add Red Chillies and Curry leaves . 8. Finally Add the paste into it and fry for a min. 9. Add the salt ( as per required ). Thanks |
