These homemade, gluten-free noodles are made with potato starch. With a great texture and a neutral taste, they're perfect for your snack cravings!
Recipe:
• potatoes 2
• corn flour 1/3 cup
• oil 1 tbs
Seasoning:
• salt 1/4 tsp
• paprika powder 1/2 tsp
• soy sauce 1 tsp
• hot sauce 1 tsp
• vinegar 1 tsp
• tomato ketchup 1 tbs
• chopped coriander 1 tbs
• oil ( tarka ) 2 tbs
• garlic cloves 2 (chopped )
METHOD:
Cut 2 big sized potatoes roughly. Boil until completely cooked (Using salt). For seasoning add all spices and ingredients in a bowl. Strain and transfer boiled potatoes to a bowl. Mash potatoes and add corn flour and oil. Knead into a dough. Now make dough balls and flatten. Mark a hole with bottle. Put in boiling water and boil for 2-3 min on medium flame.
Make tarka by adding oil and chopped garlic. Pour this tarka over seasoning mixture, then add potato noodles. Mix noodles with seasoning.
Roman Urdu Recipe: Potato Noodles
**Ajzaa:**
- Potatoes 2
- Corn flour 1/3 cup

**Masala:**
- Namak 1/4 tsp
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 1 tsp
- Sirka 1 tsp
- Tamatar ketchup 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (bareek kata hua) 1 tbs
- Oil (tarka ke liye) 2 tbs
- Lehsan ke joay 2 (bareek kate hue)
**Tayari ka tareeqa:**
1. 2 bade size ke potatoes roughly kaat lein. Pani me namak dal kar achi tarah ubal lein jab tak poori tarah se pak jayein.
2. Ek bowl me sab masalay aur cheezain daal kar mix kar lein.
3. Ubalay hue potatoes ko strain kar ke bowl me daal dein. Potatoes ko mash kar lein aur corn flour aur oil mila dein. Inhe ache se mila kar dough bana lein.
4. Ab is dough ke chotay chotay balls bana lein aur inhe thoda sa flatten kar lein. Ek bottle ka istamaal kar ke in balls me mark kar lein.
5. In balls ko ubalte hue pani me 2-3 minute medium flame par boil karein.
6. Ek pan me oil aur bareek kata lehsan daal kar tarka tayar karein.
7. Is tarke ko seasoning mixture par daal dein, phir in potato noodles ko seasoning ke sath achi tarah mix kar lein.
