| Video Discription | Ingredients Grated coconut – 2 cup Cardamon – 3 nos Grated jaggery – ½ cup Cashew nut – 250 grm Ghee – 2 tbsp Method First we have to crush cardamon and keep a side Then we crush the coconut and set a side. Heat ghee in a pan add cashewnut and fry them well. drain and set aside. Then add half portion of the crush coconut and saute well and partially roasted and set aside. Again we use the same pan and add crushed grated coconut and saute well Then add grated jaggery and mix it well Add crush cardamom and saute them well. Remove from heat and set aside. Then the roasted coconut and jaggery mix transfer into a bowl. Then take small amount of coconut jaggery mix . Then roll small balls to form ladoo and press one or two roasted coconut Then roll it with roasted coconut and set aside. Serve and enjoy the tasty laddu with coffee. |
