| Video Discription | Follow Us On Instagram 👇🏻 Vahchef :- https://instagram.com/vahchef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Powerchef Pranav :- https://instagram.com/pranav.chef?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= Phool Makhana Kheer Ingredients:- Phool Makhana / Fox Nuts - 100g Milk - 1 litre Sugar - 120g Cashew nuts - 1 tb spn Almonds- 1 tb spn Cardamom- 2 Chironji - 1 tb spn Raisin- 1 tb spn Ghee - 2 tb spn Method:- In a pan add ghee, cashew nuts, raisins, chironji and sauté it. Then add phool makhana and roast them for 3-4 minutes. Remove them and keep aside. In the same pan add milk and bring it to a boil. In a mixer grinder add almonds, cardamom, few phool makhana and grind into a fine powder. Now add this powder to milk and cook it while stirring it continuously for 15 minutes. Then add roasted nuts and phool makhana and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Then add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
