Pour in heavy cream and continuing beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside. 2️⃣ To a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl, add the contents of one flavored jello packet. Pour in cold water and let bloom for 1-2 minutes. Stir in boiling water and mix until dissolved. 3️⃣ Slowly stir in liquid jello mixture into the whipped cream.
