Ingredients
Rice - 2 or 3 cups
Water - 1 or 2 ltr
Method;
Heat water in a pot, cover, and boil it well. Then wash the rice 5 to 6 times.
Then add rice to the hot water
Cover and cook them well.
Fish Fry:
Fish - 1 kg
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder- 5 or 6 nos
Salt
Oil - 5 or 6 tbsp

Method;
Begin, we have to cut and wash the fish.
Then add salt, turmeric powder, and Chilli powder
Now paste and mix them well.
Heat oil in a pan, add fish, and fry them well.
Yardlong beans Thoran;
Yardlong beans
Shallots - 12
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chilli - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt
Method;
We have to cut and wash the Yardlong beans.
Heat oil in a pan, add chili, Turmeric powder, Salt, Shallots, Curry leaf
And saute them well.
Then add chopped long beans, and saute them well.
Egg omelette
Egg - 3 nos
Shallots - 7 nos
Green chilli - 3
Salt
Oil - 2 or 3 tbsp

Method
Take a bowl then cut the shallots, green chilies, and curry leaves
Crack in two eggs and beat well.
Heat oil in a pan
Then pour the beated egg mix and fry them well.
Cabbage Thoran
Cabbage – 1
Coconut Oil - 1 or 2 tbsp
Mustard seed - 1tbsp
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Green chili - 4 nos slit
Ginger - one medium
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Carrot - 1/2
Onion - 2
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt
Method;
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, followed by sliced onion, and saute.
Then, add curry leaves, ginger, and cabbage, and stir for a couple of minutes.
Finally, add grated coconut, turmeric, and salt. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Once the carrots are tender, stir.
Mango Chammanthi
Coconut - 1/2 pieces
Chilli - 5 or 6 nos
Shallots - 6 to 7 nos
Green Mango - 1
Salt
Method;
We have to crush the coconut shell and grind it.
Then add Chilli , Shallots, Green Mango, and, Salt.
And grind it.
