| Video Discription | 👉 Ingredients 👉 Raw rice 1 and half glass 👉 Moong Dal Chilka/ పొట్టు పెసర బ్యాళ్లు Half glass 👉 Green Chillies 3 👉 Black Pepper 1tsp 👉Cumin seeds 1tsp 👉Turmeric 1tsp 👉 Hing half tsp 👉 Ginger small pieces 2 👉Cashews 10 👉Cooking oil 2tsp 👉Ghee 2tsp 👉 Salt 2tsp Or As per your taste 👉 Method Of Making Katte Pongali 🍚 :- 👉 First add raw rice and moong dal chilka into a bowl wash well and soak for 20 mins. 👉Peel and wash the ginger and smash the ginger into small pieces and black pepper into powder 👉 Now take a pan add cashews cumin seeds fry for few seconds on low flame Now add hing , turmeric, black pepper powder and fry for few seconds in low flame Now add 4 glass of water with large water drinking glass add Smashed ginger and salt and mix well Now close the lid and boil the water untill water roll boiling in high flame now low the flame add soaked rice and moong dal chilka into boiling water mix well and close the lid and cook the rice in medium flame untill rice comes together After rice comes together low the flame close the lid and cook untill rice cooks and serve Hot.
