| Video Discription | For the second consecutive year, and under the patronage of the General Secretariat of al-Abbas Holy Shrine in cooperation with the European Association for the Congregation of Religions in Germany, the Cultural Week of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas kicked off in Cologne under the slogan "Expatriation is a wealth for the homeland". The opening ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran and the welcome speech delivered by al-Abbas Holy Shrine representative in Europe, Mr. Ahmad Radhi Husseini, followed by participations from prominent figures including the Iraqi consul in Germany, representative of the European Religions Association in Germany and representative of the German-based Abes al-Shakeri Procession. The event’s research session started the next day and witnessed the participation of a number of researchers from around the world. The al-Abbas Holy Shrine held the second Cultural Week of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas in several European countries such as Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to spread the teachings of the Ahlulbayt and introduce its religious, cultural, urban and service projects. |
