| Video Discription | Ingredients: Wheat flour-1cup Rice flour-1/4 cup Sesame seeds- 1tbsp Garlic mashed-1tsp Red chilli powder- 1tsp Ghee-1tsp Salt-1/2tsp Asafoetida - 2pinch Water 3/4 cup Oil to deep fry Preparation: * Take a bowl and add 1cup Wheat flour (atta) * Add 1/4 cup of rice flour * add 1tbsp of white sesame seeds * add 1tsp of mashed garlic * add 1tsp of Red chilli powder * Add 1 tsp of ghee * add Salt 1/2 TSP * add 2pinch of asafoetida * mix well * add 3/4 cup of water and make dough * add 1 tbsp of oil ,mix well and keep aside for 30 mins * meanwhile heat a pan with oil to deep fry * take a tbsp of hot oil from the pan and pour on the dough to make it more soft * mix well * Fill th dough into the sev mold * press directly into the hot oil * sev is ready * take the dough and roll out like roti * take a knife and make cross cuts * drop the cut dough into the hot oil one by one * your evening snack kara biscuit is ready * Sev is so crispy * and biscuits are yummy yum * Must be served with Hot tea #quicksnacks #easysnacks #wheatsev #wheatsnacks #karabiscuit #15minseasysnacks #1dough2snacks #eveningsnackswithtea #teasnacks #eveningteasnacks #teatime #teatimesnacks |
