| Video Discription | kalakand recipe || Tasty & Easy Kalakand Recipe || kalakand recipe|milk cake|milk cake recipe |Indian Sweets with English sub Titles |milk cake kannada How to make kalakand recipe very easy and simple steps explained by Shanvi cooking channel for easy cooking and tasty kalakand is very tasty and delicious indian sweetrecipe making of kalakand with few ingrediants and kalakand recipe explained in kannada Ingrediants: Milk-2 ltr Sugar-300 gm Ghee- 2 tb sp Lemon juice -2 tsp Making: 1.add water in lemon juice and keep aside 2.add ghee to a tray 3.then lit the stove and stir milk continuesly making of kalakand use iron kadai for taste and texture 4.when milk is reduced to half then add lemon water mixture 5.after 10 minutes of adding lemon salt milk will be more thick then 1 tbs ghee then after milk thickens add some sugar not much and mix well 6.after melting the sugar add more sugar and mix it 7.after all sugar is melted add remaining ghee and mix well 8.after 10 minutes colour will be changed and thicken the milk mix 9.after seperates mix in the pan take kalakand mix to a box and keep aside foe 2 to 3hrs 10. after 3 hours kalakand is ready then cut the pieces as you like |
