Possession) is an upcoming Indian Kannada-language period action film directed by R. Chandru. The film features Upendra, Shiva Rajkumar, Kiccha Sudeepa and Shriya Saran in the lead roles. The film reportedly gives a glimpse into the life of a gangster, in India’s pre-independence era to the 1940s. The filming was scheduled to be started in the month of October but it was delayed because of director Chandru and his family member were daigonised COVID-19 positive. Kabzaa is scheduled to be released on 17 March 2023. During the British rule in India, Arakeshwara, a Naval soldier enters the underworld due to unavoidable circumstances, and later becomes the king of the underworld. However, trouble ensues for Arakeshwara as he has to deal with his rivals and a cop named Bhargav Bhakshi, who is sent by the British to eradicate him and the underworld. The music of the film is composed by Ravi Basrur. The first single titled "Kabzaa Title Track" was released on 4 February 2023.
